Kepala Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti), Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana, menjelaskan Binary Option merupakan kegiatan judi berkedok trading.

Pasalnya, perusahaan tersebut telah melakukan aktivitas penjualan robot trading tanpa izin yang bisa berakibat merugikan bagi masyarakat.

Selain Binary Option, Wisnu menyebut, marak juga penawaran investasi forex dengan dalih melakukan penjualan robot trading. Masyarakat dijanjikan keuntungan konsisten dan pembagian keuntungan dengan penjual robot trading

Tak hanya DNA Pro Akademik, ternyata Kemendag juga sudah mencekal 92 domain binary option dan 336 domain robot trading karena beroperasi tanpa izin.

Diantara yang masuk dalam daftar investasi bodong tersebut adalah robot trading Net89/SmartX, Auto Trade Gold, Viral Blast, Raibotp Look, DNA Pro, EA 50, Sparta, Fin888, dan Fsp Akademi Pro.
